Hi, I’m Colleen Dittman — a Holistic Health & Mental Wellness Coach specializing in stress, overwhelm, and inflammation. I support individuals, police officers, and their families who are carrying more than they’re meant to carry alone.

My approach is calm, compassionate, and faith-grounded. I combine mental wellness coaching, holistic health training, and lived experience recovering from chronic stress and illness to help people find steady energy, emotional resilience, and a sense of peace again.
